At SRK Team Star, we take pride in delivering high-quality customized products and services. Customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the personalized nature of our products, certain refund and return conditions apply, as outlined below.


1. No Refund on Customized Products

As most of our products are made-to-order (including visiting cards, ID cards, photo frames, gifts, catalogs, and custom prints), we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the order has been confirmed and processed.

We encourage customers to double-check all information (text, design, spelling, images, etc.) before finalizing their order.


2. Exceptions – Refund or Replacement Available

You may be eligible for a refund, return, or replacement in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Product: If the item received is damaged or defective.

  • Wrong Item Delivered: If the product does not match your confirmed order (wrong size, print, or design).

  • Non-Delivery: If you haven’t received your order within the promised time frame (excluding shipping delays beyond our control).

To be eligible, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product issue

  • A brief description of the problem


3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns are not applicable to:

  • Custom-printed items approved by the customer

  • Photo shoot services after completion

  • Used, damaged, or altered products after delivery

  • Framing or moulding materials cut to custom size

  • Products returned without prior approval


4. Process for Refund or Replacement

  3. Our team will verify the issue and respond within 2–3 business days.

  4. If approved, we will either:

    • Issue a replacement, or

5. Order Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be canceled if:

  • Customization work or printing has already started

  • The product has been dispatched

In case you wish to cancel early, contact us immediately. Cancellation is only possible before production begins.
