For orders below ₹500, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 is charged.

Returns & Replacement Policy
Since custom-printed products are personalized and made to order, returns are not accepted in normal cases.

Do you provide delivery across India and internationally?
Yes, we deliver PAN India and also offer international shipping for custom printing products.
Is shipping free on all orders?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a flat ₹100 shipping fee is applicable.
Can I return or cancel my custom-printed order?
Custom-printed products are non-returnable and non-cancellable as they are made specifically for you. However, if the product is damaged during transit or you receive a wrong item, we will arrange a replacement.
What is the process if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 2 days of delivery and share photos and videos of the issue. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
